Grilled Salmon Fillets
Ingredients:
6-8 salmon patty fillets
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato dressing
1/4 cup finly chopped parsley
1/4 cup finly chopped sun-dries tomatoes
1 Tbsp. oil
Preheat: grill to medium heat.
Mix: dressing, parsley and tomatoes; set aside.
Brush: Top of salmon with oil, place on grill and cover with lid.
Grill: 10 minutes. Baste with dressing mixture and grill another
10 minutes or untill fish flakes with a fork
