Grilled Tuscan Corn On The Cobb
Ingredients:
6-8 ears of corn
1/2 cup ( 1/2 stick) butter, softened
2 Tbsp. Tuscan House Italian Dressing
Preheat: Grill to medium-high heat. Husk corn and remove all
silk. Rince and wrap each ear in foil.
Grill: corn 15 or 20 minutes, or untill tender. Turn frequently
Remove: corn from grill and unwrap
Mix: butter and tuscan dressing together and brush onto corn
A wonderful addition to any grill party. You'll have people
wanting more so make sure you make plenty...
