Ingredients:
2 tsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups small fresh cauliflower flowerets
2 cup coarsley chopped cabbage
1/2 cup thin diagonally sliced carrots
3/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
pinch of salt
 
1. Heat oil in lg. skillet over medium heat. Add garlic;
cook and stir for 30 seconds. Add cauliflower, cabbage, carrot,
marjoram and red pepper.
Cook and stir 3-4 minutes
 
2. Stir in salt. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and reduce heat to
med-low. Cook 4-5 minutes or until cauliflower and carrots are
crisp-tender.
