Luau Spare Rib Sauce
Ingredients:
1 can(6oz.) frozen orange juice
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 cup firmley packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
dash of salt
dash of pepper
2 green onions, sliced
Watercress, for garnish, optional
Orange slices, for garnish
Basting Sauce:
Prepare basting sauce in a sauce pan, combine orange juice, water, brown sugar, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Heat. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Pour over ribs and continue to baste accasionally untill ribs are done.
