Pecan Praline
Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup can of cream
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans
Mix sugars and cream over heat; bring to a boil.
Add margarine and vanilla. Stir continually,so when testing
mixture by dropping mixture in cold water it forms a small ball.
Add pecans.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool.
