Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove of minced garlic
4 cups plum tomatoes
1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 lb penne pasta
1/2 cup shredded parmesan and romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
 
 
1. In 12 inch sauce pan over medium heat bown mushrooms in olive oil. Add onion and garlic
cook until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat
and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
season to taste with salt and pepper.
 
2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions
on package drain. Pour in to serving bolw. Spoon sauce over pasta. Top with cheeses and
parsley; toss to blend
