Tropical Banana Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box of banana supreme cake mix
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 egg
3/4 cup mashed banana (2 bananas)
pecan halves if desired
Preheat oven to 350*
1. combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. (If
desired top cookies with pecan halves.)
3. Bake at 350* for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
4. Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute
then remove.
Makes about 4 dozen
